As she was the trend setting and cutting edge fashion designer, she closely works with our fashion clients’ trademark and copyright protections as well.

Joseph Yoon
Joseph has extensive professional experience in cross-border transactions, joint ventures, technical licensing, franchise transactions, strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and commercial litigation. As the former CEO and corporate counsel of Kyochon USA, he oversaw corporate management, managed franchise disclosure documents, handled labor disputes, and formulated the company’s U.S. business strategy.
He has also advised businesses on an international chemical plant project in the Middle East, including Islamic project financing, EPC contracts, technical licensing, joint ventures, and government contracts.
