Joseph Yoon
Joseph has extensive professional experience in cross-border transactions, joint ventures, technical licensing, franchise transactions, strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and commercial litigation. As the former CEO and corporate counsel of Kyochon USA, he oversaw corporate management, managed franchise disclosure documents, handled labor disputes, and formulated the company’s U.S. business strategy.
